VARIATORS OF THE UDL SERIES (UDT)
Mechanical variators UDL and UDT are designed to smoothly change the speed with a range of regulation, while ensuring that there is no backlash of the output shaft and vibrations during operation. The gear ratio control range is from 1.29 to 7.0.
Variator motors are equipped with standard electric motors. If necessary, the variator motors can be equipped with worm, cylindrical or other gearboxes having a standard input flange and a hollow input shaft. The use of such assemblies (motor-variator-gearbox) allows you to get high moments on the output shaft with the ability to adjust the speed of rotation.
The power range of the variator motors is 0.18-7.5 kW.
The range of variation of the gear ratio is 1.29-7.0.
The torque range is 1.1 - 118 Nm.
High accuracy of setting the output shaft speed (+ 0.5 rpm).
