COAXIAL CYLINDRICAL GEARBOXES ESQ R SERIES

Coaxial cylindrical gear motors consist of a gear part with a cylindrical involute engagement, made in the form of a coaxial continuation of the engine and an electric motor part, assembled. 

The process of achieving the torque supplied to the actuator is a step-by-step conversion of a high angular velocity at the input stage into a torque at each reduction stage. A large number of steps (stages) have the property of multiplying the transmitted force.

The coaxial gear transmission is designed to transmit torque from 50 Nm ~ 18000 Nm, with an input power of 120 W ~ 160 kW. 

The gearboxes are manufactured in accordance with the requirements of GOST P50891-96. Cylindrical gear motors are characterized by compact design, quiet operation, convenient layout in various planes and low weight.

Modifications:

R - coaxial-cylindrical gear motors (cast iron),
RC - coaxial-cylindrical gear motors (aluminum),
PC - cylindrical consoles for the gear motor.
