SOFT START DEVICES ESQ

Soft-start devices (UPP) are designed to limit the starting torque, smooth acceleration or stopping of an asynchronous motor. Soft-start devices are capable of replacing star-triangle type starters. They significantly reduce current surges during start-up and contribute to the stable operation of electrical networks, reduce the wear of mechanisms, thereby increasing the service life of the engine. Soft-start devices improve the starting characteristics of asynchronous motors. Thanks to the control controllers, reliable power electronics and high-quality design, ease and simplicity of further operation is achieved, as well as complete protection of the electric motor. Six special start modes allow you to prepare the engine for the load and achieve perfectly coordinated work.

The SCP is made in the form of a hinged device with compact dimensions, which allows for convenient placement and connection. The device must be placed at a height of up to 1000 m., the ambient temperature should not exceed the range of -30 ... +50 ° C, humidity — no more than 90%, without condensation, with good ventilation, in the absence of corrosive substances and conductive dust.
