Control stations and cabinets series ESQ-CB, ESQ-CS, etc.
PUMPING UNIT CONTROL AND PROTECTION STATIONS ESQ-CB
Control stations ESQ-CB are designed to control the pumping type of load. They can be used both in the housing and utilities sector and at industrial facilities.
Scope of application:
- The control station can be used as a starting-regulating, switching device.
- Function as part of the automation and control system of various pumps.
- It can be used to control water supply, fire extinguishing, heating systems, etc.
- The control station is suitable for work in industrial, public, administrative buildings and public utilities.
The control station is designed for starting and stopping three-phase asynchronous AC motors with a short-circuited rotor, in temperate climates. The range of standard solutions is presented for engines with a capacity from 0.4 to 18.5 kW. The use of frequency control in the control of pumping units ensures accurate maintenance of the set system parameters with minimal losses and energy savings.
PUMPING UNIT CONTROL AND PROTECTION STATIONS ESQ-CS
The control and protection station ESQ-CS is designed to monitor the operability and protection of submersible pumps of the GNOM type, borehole pumping units of the ECV type, as well as any three-phase asynchronous motors with a short-circuited rotor.
Scope of application:
- for control of submersible (centrifugal) pumps operating in wastewater and water supply systems of production facilities;
- to control and protect submersible (centrifugal) pumps that are used in water utilities, housing and communal services;
- in agriculture to ensure the smooth operation of submersible (centrifugal) pumps
- in pressure boosting systems of residential and industrial buildings;
- at industrial facilities, to provide control and protection of devices that use three-phase asynchronous electric motors.
The degree of protection of the shell from environmental influences according to GOST 14254-96 version IP65.
According to the climatic design and placement category, the device according to GOST 15150-69 corresponds to group U3.
KNS CONTROL CABINETS ESQ-SPS
The control cabinet can be used as a starting-regulating, switching device. It can be used to control sewage pumping stations (CPS).
The cabinet is designed for starting and stopping three-phase asynchronous AC motors with a short-circuited rotor, in temperate climates. The range of standard solutions is presented for engines with power from 0.12 to 11 kW, using direct start (DS), and power from 7.5 to 45 kW using soft start (SS).
The control cabinet provides the following types of protection: overcurrent protection, overvoltage protection, undervoltage protection, short circuit protection, protection against incorrect phase alternation, phase break protection, phase asymmetry protection.
