CANTILEVER PUMPS OF THE K SERIES

Cantilever pumps of type K, 1K, 2K allow pumping fresh, industrial water and / or other liquids similar in density to water, with a temperature from -10 to +85 ° C, pH = 6 -9, with a solid content of no more than 0.1% by weight and a size of no more than 0.2 mm.

The pump body is made of cast iron of the brand SCH20 (SCH25), the impeller of the one-way inlet is also made of cast iron SCH20 (SCH25), steel shaft 35-3GP. One of the advantages of K—type cantilever units is the presence of support legs that help to maintain the pump without dismantling the pipeline during repair.

To ensure uniform rotation of the impeller, the shaft is mounted on needle bearings of a closed type. Shaft seal - stuffing box type AP-31/ KHBP-31 according to GOST 5152-84.

Thanks to the compensation chamber, possible leaks are eliminated, and the front and rear sealing elements provide reliable protection against internal and external leaks. The efficiency of these pumps is 80%, based on the type of model and the power of the electric motor.

Centrifugal cantilever-monoblock pumping units of the KM type are designed for pumping industrial water (except sea water) in stationary conditions with a pH = 6-9, a temperature from 0 to +85 ° C, with a single oil seal (equipped by default), from 0 to +140 °With mechanical seal and other liquids similar to water in density, viscosity and chemical activity, containing solid inclusions up to 0.2 mm in size, the volume concentration of which does not exceed 0.1%.

All pumps are made according to GOST 27.003-90 and are produced in a climatic version in accordance with GOST 15150-69 and are absolutely safe for life, human health and the environment.
